TYLER GARRITY
Principal
TYLER is a former New Englander with a passion for real estate development. As a licensed electrician, Tyler has over 14 years of experience working in commercial and real estate projects. He quickly emerged as a talent in his field, finishing first in his class at Independent Electrical Contractors of New England. Shortly after that, Tyler returned to IEC to teach future electricians during their first year of studies. Tyler would continue to see his role evolve within the trade. He would later transition to become a lead estimator for his company. Tyler seeks to use his experience, trade knowledge, and passion for helping others by creating Sunrise Valley Homes.
BILLY MCSHEFFREY
Principal
BILLY co-created SVH to revitalize the communities it serves through a hard-working, entrepreneurial spirit centered around helping others. It's that same approach that brought him success in a different field. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island and a M.S. in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College. Billy's passion in the field of human performance led him to the highest level of athletics, working with the Buffalo Sabres and Arizona Coyotes as a strength and conditioning coach. Recently Billy was named the 2021 Massachusetts High School Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year.
